Chairman of the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies (MISIS), U Thant Kyaw, received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Indra Mani Pandey, Secretary-General of BIMSTEC, at the MISIS Office on 25 June 2026 (Thursday).

During the meeting, both sides held cordial and constructive discussions on further strengthening cooperation under the BIMSTEC framework. They exchanged views on enhancing regional dialogue and advancing shared objectives aimed at fostering sustainable development and regional prosperity among the BIMSTEC Member States.
