The agreement to extend the General Agreement for Cooperation between the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies (MISIS) and the Bangladesh Institute of International and Strategic Studies (BIISS) was signed on 24 April 2025 in Singapore.

As a result of the extension of the General Agreement, MISIS and BIISS can further collaborate and cooperate in the areas pertaining to the exchange of experts and researchers, the mutual research programs and the exchange of publication.
