The virtual coordination meeting between the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies (MISIS) and the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs (ECFA) was conducted in the afternoon on Thursday, May 22, 2025. The participants from MISIS and ECFA discussed to sign the Letter of Association and Cooperation between the two Institutes to further enhance collaboration on strategic and international affairs, and cordially exchanged their views on latest development in Myanmar and the role of Egypt in the de-escalation of the Israel-Palestine conflict. At the meeting, Myanmar Ambassador in Cairo and Egyptian Ambassador in Yangon were also present.
